Kitchen Mess Area

The Kitchen and Mess Area is due to be completed over the Summer 2017.
It will be located in the basement room - currently used as a bedroom which will provide extra space for the kitchen appliances central heating system and work areas.
In addition a large table and chairs will be installed to allow a comfortable and relaxing communal area for all tenants to use. A large screen TV will be installed in this area also.
The kitchen will have all the usual amenities including gas oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster sink, fridge-freezer, washing machine etc.

A basement utility room will also be made available for additional storage and freezer, tumble drier.

The kitchen will have a large patio door leading to the raised patio which can also be used for dining/entertainment or clothes driying. Access is available to the Lower Street.

All cutlery and crockery is supplied.
